1. HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?
If you opt to use our return labels or send back your return directly at the post office, please keep a copy of your tracking number and once this reaches our HQ, you will see a 'delivered' scan with Australia post. After which, we will process the return within 2-5 business days.
2. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Please refer to our size guide here. We will also provide more details on the fit of each style and our models measurements in the each products description. If you need more help, our team are happy to answer all questions on sizing and fit!
3.WHERE'S MY ORDER?
After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to dispatch. If you ordered over a weekend, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If for any reason you are having trouble tracking your delivery, please email contact us
4. HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Once your parcel has left our HQ, it will arrive to you in approximately 1-10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at the checkout
5. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please visit our returns portal here. Simply enter your order number and email address, then follow the prompts to lodge your return.
6. WILL YOU RESTOCK?
We do try our best to restock popular styles. However, depending on the garment and availability we may not be able to.
Please register your email details for any size or style/s which aren't available online via the 'can't find your size' tab on the product page and we will email you if we receive more stock in that size/style.
If a garment has been removed online, sadly this won't be restocked unless we receive any returns for that style.

Unfortunately not. Afterpay requires a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their service.

3. HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order
4. HOW LONG WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER/CREDIT NOTE TAKE TO BE SENT TO ME?
Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your return to be processed.

We will process your return within 2-5 business days once it reaches our warehouse.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE?
We are unable to process exchanges however if you would like another size or style, simple re-purchase the garment online and lodge your unwanted item for return.
